Refund Policy

Save where a product/service has been purchased in error (as described below), Fit for a Purpose Ltd does not offer any refunds once a product/service has started (or where you have downloaded and/or accessed the app). If you have purchased a product in error and provided that you:

i) have not accessed or otherwise used the app; and/or

ii) accessed any of the programme resources,

Please contact us in writing using the contact form on the website here within 7 days of your purchase confirming the purchase was an error and we will process a refund for you. Please note that these refunds may take 14 days or more to process.
