Start with Purpose, is a 6-week group coaching program designed to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and support you need to succeed. My goal is to help you develop habits that will last a lifetime, moving you away from short-term fixes and towards long-term wellness.

Who Is This For?

  • Anyone who has struggled with weight loss or yo-yo dieting.

  • Anyone who wants to feel better and live a healthier life.

I focus on habits and small lifestyle changes that add up. This course is not about overwhelming you with a completely new lifestyle from day one. You have a life filled with friends, family, work, holidays, and social activities. You need a way to live more healthily that also fits into your existing life. Accept that you won't be perfect from day one, I don't expect you to be! It's all about progress, not perfection.


Building Healthy Habits Takes Time and Practice

Think about learning to drive. It takes lessons, practice, and experience. No one expects to pass their driving test on the first timer behind the wheel! So why would you expect to perfect your new habits immediately? Trust the process and be patient with yourself.


The Power of Small Changes

If what you're doing isn't working, if you aren't happy with your diet and exercise, then it's

time to change. I focus on helping you to add value to your life:

  • Healthier food choices

  • Better sleep

  • More movement

It's the small changes that you make and stick to over time that will have the most significant impact.

  • Healthy Habits: Learn the habits you need for a healthier life.

  • Nutrition: Adding protein and making better food choices more of the time.

  • Exercise: Options for everyone, from gym workouts to home routines. Short, simple workouts to get you moving, even on low-energy days.

  • Movement: As important ( if not more) than your workouts. Getting your daily movement up is a huge part of keeping weight and mood under control. Your focus in this area will pay dividends.

  • Support: Questions? Wobbles? Feeling your perimenopause symptoms hard today? I'm here, whether it's the suggestions for gentler sessions when you're struggling. You don't need to go all out – sometimes, a simple stretch or yoga flow is enough to make you feel better.

The ultimate goal is for you to feel good. By making these small changes, you will notice an improvement in your overall well-being. Better nutrition and regular movement can boost your mood, increase your energy levels, and improve your sleep. On the days when you're struggling, remember that even small efforts can lead to feeling better. This program is about helping you feel good every day, not just reaching a certain weight or fitness level.

If your goal is weight loss, I'll provide calorie ranges and support to get you started and help you maintain your progress. Maintaining weight loss can be harder than losing it, which is why developing healthy habits for the long term is crucial. This program offers the support, structure, and mindset reset you need.

Worried about holidays or busy schedules? This program is perfect for integrating healthy habits into your life, no matter the timing. It's about balance, not perfection. You won't need to go to the gym five days a week or run a 5k. It's about making healthier choices and not depriving yourself of the foods you love.

If you're a woman and perimenopausal, I get it. I'm in my 50s, and I understand the days when you feel rubbish, have no energy, and your mood is bad. That's why this plan is designed with you in mind. It's hard, I know that. You need support, you need some accountability, and some reassurance that you're doing the right things. Sometimes you need a pep talk, and that's what I'm here for.
